This site is ai.digitalise.agency, operated by Digitalise Agency, from Pakistan. "We" and "us" below mean that company. The only contact channel is salman@digitalise.agency.

What this site is

A portfolio. Every project shown here is real software that was built and run, and every figure quoted is one the project itself reports. None of it is an offer, a quote, or a promise of any particular result on your own work. Nothing here is professional advice.

The code, and what you may do with it

The projects are published so they can be read and judged, not so they can be taken. Each one carries the PolyForm Strict License 1.0.0, which permits reading and non-commercial evaluation and does not grant you the right to use it in your own product or service. The LICENSE file inside each project is the authoritative text, and where a project derives from differently licensed code, that project's own LICENSE says so and governs it.

The writing, design, screenshots, and 3D pieces on this site are mine. Do not republish them as your own. Quoting a line with a link back is fine and always welcome.

Trade marks and client work

Company names, logos, and product names mentioned belong to their owners, and appear here only to describe work honestly. Their appearance is not a claim of endorsement. Client work is shown only as far as the client has agreed to; where the code is private, the page says so and shows a scripted demo on made-up data instead of the real thing.

Booking a call

The calendar on this site is hosted by Cal.com and is subject to their terms as well as these. Booking a slot is a request for a conversation. It creates no contract and no obligation on either side. Any actual work would be agreed separately and in writing.

Links out

This site links to places we do not control, such as GitHub, LinkedIn, and Cal.com. We are not responsible for what is on them or what they do with what they see once you are there.

What is not promised

The site is offered as it is. We try hard to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or that it will always be up. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from the use of this site or from anything relied on here. The interactive 3D pieces run real graphics code in your browser; if your device cannot run them, the site falls back to a still image and nothing is lost.

Which law applies

We operate from Pakistan, and these terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, before the courts of Pakistan. If you are a consumer somewhere whose own law gives you rights that a clause like that cannot take away, then it does not take them away: you keep whatever your local law guarantees you, and nothing here is meant to sign it off. In the United States, some of what is disclaimed above cannot be disclaimed in every state, and where a state says so, that state wins for you.

If part of this does not hold

If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable where you are, the rest still stands, and the failed part applies as far as it legally can and no further.

Changes

These terms may change. The date at the top is the date of the version you are reading.
